Council
Council
The council is a dialogue area between the clan leaders of the game. Inside the Council you will be able to see:
- The ranking of the top 20 clans (includes value, number of empires, alliances and wars).
- The messages from the leaders of the top 20 clans in the ranking (if they write anything).
- The development of the "big wars" i.e. clans, attacks and conquests (including hero captures) ordered from highest to lowest.
In the list of messages you will usually see requests from leaders looking for empires to fill a position in their clan, war warnings, declarations, accusations, etc. It is common to see messages like:
Peaceful empire wanted with founding ability in region 6,
with priest ready. Interested parties send PM.
or more forceful statements:
Due to the increase of attacks in our region, we are forced to declare war on XXX.
forced to declare war on XXX. We kill or die.
These messages, as well as messages within the clan forum, allow color modifiers. For example, if you type "/r/This text is in red" you will get the following output:
This text is in red
The available color prefixes are:
/r/=red
/v/=green
/a/=blue
/m/=brown
/g/=gray
Prefixes can be interleaved to generate messages in various colors.
The Great Wars section actually shows the sum of attacks of the last 5 days between different clans, whether or not there is a declared war.
This section, which can be hidden or displayed, displays a table showing the offending clan, the defending clan, number of attacks, number of conquests (including captures), ordered by number of attacks from highest to lowest.

While only leaders can post in the Council, this area is public and all empires can see it, so it is ideal for recruiting empires.
Sometimes a non-leading empire may ask its leader (or another clan leader) to post a message in the Council. In such a case the leader will copy and paste verbatim the message indicating who requested the favor of "posting" the message.
Within a clan, the leader can temporarily relinquish the leadership so that another clan member can post in the Council.
If you feel that a Council message is inappropriate, you may report it.
Each Council message is accompanied by the empire name and ID of the writer, the clan of origin and the clan's seniority.
