Spying

Spying helps you to keep track of the cities and heroes you have previously attacked. The espionage is very useful to know how many troops the attacked city has, in the region where it is located and how much time is left before it can be attacked again.

As is well known to conquer a city requires a siege, which requires successive attacks every certain number of hours depending on the game to increase the % of conquest and get the city. The espionage is vital to know the number of troops that the attacked city has in case the rival user has changed the number of troops, because as you know, you can only attack with /-10% of levels that the city has. The spying does not always work at 100%, so sometimes you may find "no info" cities for which it will be necessary to repeat the espionage investing more turns.

There are four espionage options in their respective sections within the empire:

Siege Espionage

This is the espionage that particularly gives information about the cities and heroes you attacked previously, in the last 5 days. It costs 4 turns and the information it details is as follows:

  • The percentage of conquest that the city has.
  • The number of troops defending it
  • The amount of Wall points that the city has built
  • The population
  • Attacked heroes are also listed although they can be without troops (protected).


Counterattack espionage

This espionage allows you to know the situation of the heroes that have attacked you in the last days. One of the biggest advantages of this espionage (since most of the heroes will be without troops and therefore you will not be able to attack them) is that it gives the attacked the knowledge of the level of the hero. This information is very valuable when deciding (with the prospect of a siege) how many troops to put to the city as a defense, avoiding the motivation of the hero. It costs 4 turns and the information it details is as follows:

  • Type of hero
  • Level
  • Number of troops assigned to him


Reconquest Espionage

This option allows you to know the situation of cities that have been taken from you in the last 48hs. This espionage costs much more turns than the rest, 10 turns, but do not forget that once you attack one of the lost cities, you can track them using the Siege Espionage, much cheaper in turns... The information it details is the same as in the case of Siege Espionage.

Region Espionage

If you have the chance that the clan you belong to rules one or more regions, you can perform a region espionage to see some cities that do not belong to your clan and thus be able to attack them. The data you get are:

  • The number of troops that each city has
  • The number of hours that it has not been attacked and thus calculate if it is possible to attack it or not.
  • The defensive system that the city has and thus prepare a better attack.
  • How many buildings the city has and how many walls it has.
  • How many fame points the city has.
  • If the city has adversities. This is useful to see for example if it has the adversity of Harassment, useful for dark elves.

Not all the cities in the region are listed in this survey, so doing several surveys can help you to find valuable targets.
