Dwarf warriors
Dwarf warriors (N1)
| Special Abilities |
History
In times of war, clan leaders gather all Dwarves old enough to fight into regiments. Most individuals who answer the call to battle are craftsmen of some sort: stonemasons, brewers, minters and the like. But once clad in chain mail, steel helmet and the weight of an axe in hand, they leave behind their craft to channel their industrious nature into their other vocation, that of war.
Dwarves are formidable warriors, strong and sturdy, broad-shouldered and broad-waisted, with large feet and hands. They are perfectly adapted to physical labor and can dig for several hours without tiring. Although they are not fast, they are robust and have a steady and persevering gait. Their extreme physical endurance allows them to carry heavy weights without tiring: they march for days despite carrying the weight of their equipment and their chain mail. When they charge into battle, the momentum generated by their robust bodies is remarkable and they reach the enemy with a resounding and unbalancing impact.
