History

Azothaments (also called ilcids) are insidious, fiendish and powerful beings, the ones everyone fears. They bend the will of others and destroy the minds of their enemies.

It is a strange creature about 6 feet tall, humanoid in appearance. Its flesh is leathery, mauve and glows with a cold slime. Its head resembles that of an octopus with four tentacles, with a pair of white, swollen eyes, making it more horrifying. From its lamprey-like mouth drips an oily slime when the creature is not extracting the brains of its living prey. Among enemies these aberrant beasts are known as tracking maw and when they need to hide their skin presents the properties of a chameleon, changing color according to the environment.
